I like this in theory but I'm annoyed by the greenwashing. It has totally turned me off from this project. It utilizes the shape of a leaf and "returns many extra" kilowatt hours to the grid? many extra? wtf? does it even offset its own energy used to move these giant cantilevers up and down and run the magic elevators and chairlifts? that's rubbish. if these are going to be beacons they need to harness the energy of the miami sun and function as zero impact, heck negative impact, infrastructure.
